They have the RS approved, so, that means they will receive the second 6 month extension. The RS vote is good for a year, which exceeds the extension timeframe, so plenty of time. The AS increase vote was tabled until July 13 for some odd reason, so, I think we will find out more with the next 8k, but view it as very odd to say the least. IMO, they will perform the RS sooner rather than later, no real reason not too. Good stuff could happen I guess, the Zika $990,000 over 3 years is already granted, no change there possible really...as for the other stuff could happen. But, the real question is if you had a company, could reduce the OS to around 3,300,000, could raise the AS to 100,000,000, and raise the PPS to around $6, no matter how temporary, and then sell paper, gain funding, etc, would you do it? Seems to me the board would act in their own interest, shoot for 96,000,000 available shares at 10X higher PPS rather than 16,000,000 at any range. The down side, is we won't know they're doing until after the close, the night before it happens.
