@Skyfire, it sounds like you are speaking directly with Starkman, a disgruntled former employee, that was terminated for cause.

WHO did you speak to at the Company?

If you spoke with Starkman and he purportedly claimed to represent the company, What else is the guy going to say?

1. Did Starkman He make false statements in a Marketwired Press release?

2. After termination, did Starkman attempt to manipulate something?

3. Did Starkman purposely fail to file 10Q's for some reason or personal gain?

4. What was Starkman doing all those many months, failing to file 10Q's on time, instead of his job of creating shareholder value?

In my opinion, the removal of Starkman by the shareholders is a good thing for shareholder value.
