Yea I know I seen that earlier and was kind of taken back...it would be a pity if they started diluting this thing...an agreement is what they would have to so it seems since the current price is higher than their conversion price...unless the note holders hold out for even higher prices...man is that like $1,400,000 divided by .001 = 1,400,000,000 shares...is that right?...when the current AS was only 200 million?...please correct me if I am wrong.
