IMO Roxy & Co likely issued all 310 million shares just before R/S-ing it to 221,428 and immediately dumping the crap out of it.
Here's what some don't realize. Before the R/S the PPS hit an intraday low of .0012. From that point a drop to .0001 would represent a -91.66% loss. However, if the 1-for-1,400 R/S were to have happened at that point, those .0001 shares would be recalculated back up to .14 which means they could be driven down yet another -99.93% to .0001!!!! That's just how far Roxy Co can
suck this POS dry.
IMO all people can do is hold onto their virtually worthless shares and hope the burned out shell is eventually sold or bartered in the coming years. It would take a 1,400-for-1 forward split to create the same number of shares again.
My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
