Possibly. Who knows.

That huge pop was certainly an over reaction to the news on the Westinghouse settlement, probably only because it came at a point where the sp was near all multi year lows.

Signs of their earnings still have to come around, though.

Still, most analyst targets are around $37, I believe.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
