I have speculated GM will par up 135k ONCO shares with 1.35 Billion DUTV for 13.5 million shares and others including a NASDAQ ready, with 50 Million ENTI shares. Those I speculate are a Equity stake without taking a position in Ally Financial.

I speculate that created 110 Million Nasdaq shares, 10 Million being bought out in the merger process. Then those 10 million create FNB Pharmaceutical...

The move would place DUTV/ENTI and PTEL shares together to form Vizads.

Work through from my end suggests OTCQB Corporate Head. That will create 1.5 million shares which if f/s to 1.5 Billion meeting the 30 Billion ENTI X 5% + 1.5 Billion Divvy's ...Dark Fiber IPO ? YouTubeTV IPO? Something else?
