Isn't a two-bit fraudster a much higher level specie? This is more like the two-cent variety peddling overstated Deferred Tax Assets with a wholly inadequate valuation allowance to diminish the net carrying value.

IMHO, the net carrying value of the DTA should NOT be $1.7M, but much closer to $0 unless and until AWSL proves they have a profitable operation that can utilize the N.O.L carry-forewards which have an undisclosed schedule of expiration values and expiration dates.
