Nope.
I cant speak for "some".
But I will say , just because a stock has "no action" or "appears dead" has no direct bearing on its "closely followed" status which can be both pro and or con the stock.

Hi, could anyone explain to me why this stock is closely followed by some despite no action in a year at least. Seems dead to me, but apparently others don't think so??? Maybe I'm missing something. Thanks
