So you think this year there is a crackdown? Last year was probably one of the worst years I had seen for approved splits.

I don't think there is anything specific that could be pointed to in any of the filings or PRs that would be a smoking gun for a split denial.

And if you just point to the last big split, and the what 1.3 billion shares issued since it (in a year), that likely isn't enough. Take a look at GBS* this year.
