I am pleased to report that we have completed our planning process for the iGambit stock dividend award to Encountercare shareholders of record April 6, 2017 and expect to send out letters to each stockholder regarding confirmation of address, number of shares owned and distribution instructions. We expect these letters to go out the week of July 16th. This mailing is being handled by a global fintech company and should arrive at your residence that same week. You will need to complete a brief questionnaire and mail it or email it back to Pybus and Company who will manage the distribution. The address will be included on the survey.

The distribution is currently expected to be .75 to 1 share of ECSL stock. We are extremely excited about the progress that iGambit has made on their Healthcare Data Management business and expect there to be some great news announced by their management in the near future.
