this company is going to be struck off - check the new rules http://securities-law-blog.com/2017/06/27/otc-markets-amends-listing-standards-for-otcqb-to-allow-non-reporting-issuers/ the company fails on so many counts if you haven't run by now you should they have a cease trade in Canada and are in default in nevada, the have no accounts and they have done nothing on the edison share transfer - you have been warned there is no come back for this company
