Extremely rare when a reverse merger like AEPP with pharmaceutical company Oncolix, Inc. says that there will be no reverse split!
I mean for such a tightly held low float (33M), debt free, clean shell it almost sounds too good to be true but here's the proof:

Oncolix, Inc. has several drugs in their pipeline but just on their ovarian cancer-fighting drug Prolanta alone there's a $3 Billion market potential.
