Let's get the ball rolling and start writing the SEC. Go to the SEC website and under complaints click on the tips, complaints, and referrals section....form TRC is the one you want I'd guess. Maybe send a copy to the crook in charge of SVLT too!

btw....is this straight up fraud we are reporting? I mean do the assets he has mentioned in letters to investors even exist? Can we accuse management of gross negligence with an intent to misrepresent facts to investors? Are the Gary Richardsons and those on "the board" not at fault in any way? Should we bring a class action lawsuit to recover what we can?
