The judge ordered all patents and trademarks to be returned to their original owners. The original owners turned/signed them over to Tech Elevated. We shareholders thought we were paying for those patents but as it turns out, we lined Covey's pockets since the patents were never actually paid for.

Certainly grounds for someone to talk to a good attorney, imo.

As far as Motopeds, I don't think the Motoped boys will let that happen.
