As the deal closes in a couple days we will learn if the 99% approval of the merger announced from the vote has positive momentum for us or another and possibly alternate affect on ALDW shareholders. Is the dip today a head fake by those wishing to get in? It opened lower but is crawling back as I write and we are now only down .155 on the session. Time will tell, but the value here will not be a reflection of the assets or the current margins or crack spreads. We are in uncharted waters till clarity is achieved regarding what will happen to the four separate stock symbols inside DK holdings come July 1. Even then we wait on guidance from a new board.
