As was posted - OPXS promotional campaign began on 6/9. PR announcing the Divi was 6/12 BUT not seeing an 8K filing with PR for this material event which is a filing required by SEC? https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001397016&type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&count=40

Can see TRSI PR with 8K Divi announcement here https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/98338/000121390017005851/f8k052517_tsrinc.htm. Stock ran up nice only to come right back down but company made some money on it and so did i but was out before crash/Divi date lol!
