Guys, keep in mind their past lawsuit was accusing them of withholding trial results. So I think they be more careful this time.

However, clinical trial results are private data and is not required to be publish right away buy law. There are some rules to this from what I understand. For example the clinical trials organization requires company to register their trials which is what we found on the web site. But, their rule is that the company have 12 months of time to submit trial results after completion date. Ctyrx do not need to be in a hurry.

If the company released prior news about a trial taking place and expected date of completion, they are required to follow up with the result as to not mislead investors. However, I am not aware of any laws that requires the company disclose trial results right away.

It was looked at as unethical to withhold clinical trial results since the data might be critical to doctors, patients or the medical field especially when it comes to unmet medical needs.

Only SEC rule that may be related is that if they disclose the information to any individual outside of the company, they are required to disclose the same information to the public simultaneously as to not give any individual an advantage in the market.

Correct me if I am wrong but the data could be in hand and they are just deciding how to make of it and when to make public.
