I'm more than just scratching/shaking my head Ford! lol I mean come on, out of nowhere we have a debilitating DUMP, 8.3 million in volume, and Two rather larger (lately anyway) big block buys right at close...

Running theories:

1) MM (or whomever, not necessarily going to say CDEL anymore) dumped for a Noteholder (only one i know of is coming up SOON is due in AUGUST)

2)some preferred Ds converted (AS B's AND C's i believe are in safe hands..and would require a form 4 to go through...right?)

2)Christian diluted a couple mil quick (to get the rest of the Cash for M&A)

3)a Long jumped (might have found a better short play and needed powder.)

4) Greed (Forced drop so a select individual could get some in LOW)

Look the $ volume of the dump isn't Millions.. or 100s of thousands... if one were to add up i doubt the entirety of the dump exceeded $40k
This alone leads me to believe that it was a long...

In retrospect the two big block buys that came in total 33k...

I guess the only thing i can take home out of this is that bigger dollar volumes are FINALLY trading hands... thats good imho...
