It doesn't make a hill a beans what a poster tries to remove or "Hide" IH Admin are all seeing and all knowing and they have a imprint of the post irregardless of whether or not the poster goes back and "Removes" or blanks out the post.
They already know all about it and by doing so says that the poster knew all along that they were in the wrong posting it in the first place, which is why they tried to hide it.

Bottom line is just stay within the TOU, because in the long run you're going to get busted and pay a punishment for it.
