Like I said these guys are idiots, but even idiots get lucky once in a while. It is completely plausible that the SEC is the hold back. The bureaucrats don't like to work too hard and could care less about time lines, that's why they work for the government.

Management could be advancing their cause by issuing PRs defending the stock. Insiders could be buying. Triway management could be hired and PRed, Roadshows could be taking place but we have a team one level above government workers. Imagine if we had professionals running this place instead of FOS (Friends of Solly).

So I am inclined to say, the odds are deeply in your favor the stock is incredibly undervalued and sooner or later some good news will come out and some knuckle head analyst will soon discover what we have been painfully riding for years.
