That site is just for record keeping on the trial. Another company handles the trial and will send the results to Cytrx when it collects all results from the clinics and finalize the data. That site is just where Cytrx can post their trial information.

Record processed just regular updates on that record, like a computer process all documents in a database. It happens on regular intervals.
They have an estimate completion date of July, but that can vary depend on many factors during the trial like enrollment.

ClinicalTrials website could be looked at like a wiki page. It was last updated August 17, 2016. I don't think they update that record again until trial results are publish and then they will update that record with the results.
