choo choo, you are one of the BEST stated facts on here. I have been saying this for a very long time, yet so many defend what GE is doing "as legal", when according to US securities act of 1934 and others, he has blatantly violated a CEO's 1st responsibility of US traded corps...

IMAGINE if say Jamie Dimon or Warren Buffet or others acted like this to their Shareholders...???
