THE PLAN - what was/is it?

IMO - the only material thing that they can legally withold until the next CC but yet disclose to the NASDAQ Panel would have been related to Revenues / P&L - specifically AVID revenues and impact thereof. Their fiscal year 2017 ended April 30, 2017 so by the time they went to the NASDAQ Panel for presenting their plan they surely had the year-end #'s and also the backlog for FY 2018 on which basis they could project their profitability.

As to the R/S personally rather see it happen on or before July 7. Then have them announce a tremendous revenue beat for FY2017, and announce a huge backlog for FY2018 and ensure profitability in FY2018. That should technically prevent any bleeding to the R/S share price - without even bringing BAVI / Exosomes / BoD / $AZN into the pic.
