Hemp doesn't need a R/S, for 4 reasons:

1) the first line, the LCM production line (schredder + mills) is in test, and will be declared operative in 7/15 days.

2) they have enough kenaf in stock for 6 months on 3 shifts.

3) the hemp seeds are in the ground.

4) the O/S in less then half of the A/S.

The declared attempt to stop this Company and buy the machineries in a judicial auction is miserably failed.

We will see a R/S for the Nasdaq, not before.

And, thanks to the different rooms where the machineries are, we could respect the federal laws, and in any case obtain the upgrade.

But first ... contracts !
