Those posts were about a company with the same name that acquired Health Care Staffing via it's parent's company - Novation Companies that did file for BK. However I distinctly said Navations Holdings did not file for BK - its parent company - Novation Companies did and posted as much.

http://bankruptcompanynews.com/novation-bankruptcy-news-4-5-17/

"Stock Purchase Agreement by and between Novation Companies, Novation Holdings, and Butler America"

Even the Finacial Times made the same mistake:

https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/profile?s=NOHO:PKC

NOHO
Novations Holdings Inc

Acquired company
Healthcare Staffing Inc

Date /
Deal status

01 Feb 2017
ANNOUNCED

NOHO:PKC since
announced

Transaction
value
24.00m

It was even put up as a yellow sticky until there was definitive proof that it was a different company. Once I did further research and realized it was a different company with the same exact name I posted a retraction.

Where are your retractions about "Michael Gelmon (CEO) was an integral part to DPZ (Dominos Pizza) pps on NYSE currently trading at 180.96$/pps" and "Noho Is also releasing medical financing http://usmedfi.com/ 7-12-17" ?
