yes this is true and as it stands for the expansion of the company ihsi has acquired cresent construction and for the financial house in order he has put out the 2015 10k year end and the 2016 financials and 2017 financials are being worked on as we speak. the accountants are working on them . wright now they are auditing the 2016 financials and 2017 will follow soon after. so from what I see here the company is doing what they said they would. witch you don't see in the pinks often. they are moving forward it just takes time. patients are a virtue.
