You stated something that was factually incorrect without even researching it to know it it was true or not. My granddaughter just got a summer job at $9.20 an hour and I assumed that was the minimum. You also stated that the minimum wage was covered by FLSA. That was incorrect as well. FLSA only insures that employers are adhering to the minimum wage set by the DOL. You probably don't even understand the calc to arrive at that. I do this crap for a living in all 50 states mind you.
