Seems like the SEC finally seems to be looking more closely at Michael Gelmon scam companies.

Also notice the count down clock was removed from NOHO websites and there haven't been any new BS press releases since around June 20, 2017, when Focus Gold Corp. was revoked.

I wouldn't be surprised if the SEC is looking more closely at NOHO.
