"OTC Markets Group observes a “Quiet Period” in relation to end of quarter communications and meetings with investors and analysts.

The period beginning 10 business days after the quarter-end date and ending at the time of the earnings release for that quarter is observed as a quiet period and no formal discussions take place between management and analysts or investors during this time.
