AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...history keeps repeating itself... for these scam brothers...DEBT DEAL has not been arranged...nor will it EVER be....despite what they've said, they are not the LEAST bit interested in having a debt to equity deal arranged...all they have EVER done in their LONG history of scamming shareholders is take out huge toxic loans, take their huge cut off the top...and let the loaner/converters dump away and trash the stock to the gutter levels...just as they've done here with this bloated PIG...LOL...then it's WASH, RINSE, REPEAT...and off to some other shell with some other ticker.

Oh, and I'll be right here to say I told you so.
