Why do people go to the casino? They are not guaranteed 4% they are not guaranteed anything but they go. People are not guaranteed anything in the Pinkies but they buy anyways. Hoping a stock goes up 4% is a lot different than it going up 4%. You hope for a big return but you are not guaranteed one. Sorry taking out a loan on a credit card is just plain dumb!!!!
