4. The company is going to launch their first-ever software product: this software is designed by outside contractors. Will you buy a software product from Infosonics that is a hardware company with poor management and has no software people of its own?

The IFON PPS may occasionally spike but will continue to come down to $6M market cap today, $5M market cap 6 months later!

Remember, the last Q, the company reported the lowest net sales ($6M), the lowest gross margin (5%, lol), and lost $1.1M.
