I'd say opening escrow and plopping a million bucks down is some pretty serious intention.

As the rest of the story unfolds, the market will wake up.

I'm not at all concerned at any mud that can be slung at this magnificent achievement!!!

This is a 100% POSITIVE move...no doubt about it.

Overly optimistic speculation, creates unrealistic expectations, resulting in extreme disappointment.
