Jon is a graduate of Boston University where he earned a B.S in Finance from the School of Management before attending graduate school at Harvard University. Prior to his current position at The Evermedia Group, Inc., he was recalled to active duty and deployed overseas to serve in senior logistics positions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Kosovo Operations. Among his various military positions, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff (Logistics) for NATO HQ SKOPJE, Logistics Staff Officer for JTF GTMO and as the Executive Officer at US European Command HQ Staff. Commander Sym continues to serve in the Navy Reserves and is currently a Transportation Staff Officer at US Central Command, he possesses a Top Secret Clearance.



Jon serves on the Board of Directors of Veterans Legal Services Foundation, as the Commander of the United States Naval Order (MA) and is a member of the Scottish Rite
