You raise a good point. The patent application for the invention of scaling does call in to question the credibility of Tmmi and all its inventions and listed inventors. That's the problem with it.

Vitus Lee I think though is the named inventor of the patent that was granted, so that helps restore his credibility.

But no one should have claimed to invent video scaling, including Lee. I have to wonder whether Lee even knew that his name was included on the silly application.
