I don't think you understand the meaning of Floorless - it is in this case 80% of the lowest price in the previous 7 days prior to the conversion.

No matter how low the price goes - Crown gets to convert at 80% of the lowest price in 7 days - sorry but that is the definition of Floorless financing.
