News does drops pps on this..company obviously dilutes on news..their pending lawsuit on shares in not good either...neither their unaudited financials..for whatever reason they have made the decision not to have financials audited...why not only they know..so only thing that will help this pps is a complete buyout..but pending lawsuits clouds that...longs won't like to hear that but truth is the pps is so low due to those looming issues..and while this may appear like a good opportunity nothing is guaranteed and share structure or any other factors can even have this seemingly good opportunity go south.
