"They could convert and then sell..."

Not for more than 3 months they couldn't and the fact that they passed on the chance to do that suggests that they didn't like the risk that the share price might make that a bad idea. They took the money even though they had 10 days to think about it.

Those are the facts and you couldn't have done a thing to pretty them up.

I was given that information....I don't know.
