This has always been Rafael's problem IMHO, the accounting is terrible. The SEC halted his last attempt at this when he tried to do a buyout of PGPM's assets through "ACLY", that was also because of accounting issues IMHO.

I dont think he has a choice at this point but to change his accountants and/or auditor, just look at the O/S error, 800 ++ million shares off?? and he states the O/S hadnt changed in like 9 years?? how does that happen??

The good thing is he is playing with the SEC now, The 2017 Q1 has to be redone at a minimum, and there probably needs to be another supplemental info re-issue IMHO...
