Never said it wasn't, it is great news and wouldn't take that away from this whatsoever , it's something that has finally been followed through so the trust meter goes up one notch for sure , half the reason there's already over 12 or so mil in buys. This type of action can cause a lot of tickers to run up just from that news alone.
