Read through the s-1, the railroad to Mexico is going to require between 100-150 million in infrastructure upgrades to transport the refined oil. The 10,000 bpd refinery is estimated to cost $50,000,000 & the 50,000 bpd refinery is estimated to cost $500,000,000. I am going to sell my shares soon when the timing is right and re-enter in the .0020's-.0050's. despite the extreme risk here I still have my eye on this ticker and will continue to do so, providing that jack makes steady progress.
