A $1,000,000 deposit has been placed in Escrow.

A LOI is a standard practice, just like they signed with Kalitia for the 767.

Our BOD is not going to enter into a bidding war if that what you are thinking...this is moving forward per the 8-K.

Non-binding, refundable if the deal does not go thru...ok, that's the cup half empty viewpoint.

This thing was very close to being inked on May 11.
