You could be right just spoke to Etrade and asked why my buy at .0001 didn't show up on my end of day portfolio instead of .00 they just said it's just the way they interpret L2 and bid. Can't sell it but we can buy it so that means if some group wants to push it up with a low float it could do something. It might have very few shares and traders love that kind of stock.
