This concerns me too, even though it is simply authorizing the shares from 450 million to 1.4 billion. Why?

I'm surprised they'd even be given permission to do so

Unless, maybe, their current treasury share count couldn't support a stock deal with a vertical player? But I'm just guessing at this point.

At this point, my trust in Randall has diminished due to his lack of visibility. there is no PR
