Agreeing with Dadeano.

The Q1 2017 filing showed that they shipped and booked several grow units in the months from Jan - Mar. With that said, it's evident that more than just Dadeano received one.

I am sure that they sold and booked several more in Q2 also.

Speaking of Q2, it shouldn't surprise most folks that this update comes at the end of Q2 which must have been some kind of internal clock to give the FINRA process a chance. When it wasn't done by end of June, looks like they decided to close the process out and pivot to option B. Really, either way that part is unimportant now but may give insight to their thinking.
