I didn't go back to look at the timing of all of that but they are now Pink Current, so it's moot.

You're right, of course, to say that the holding period for a non-reporting company is a year and if he was ever told that it was six months he was misled. Generally that's the whole deal though...holding period and being current...unless the company is or has been a shell without that status having been cured.

Please don't tempt me with Huffmania :o)
