Seems like PIOE is in a "churning" phase right now. Obviously some are taking profits at these levels (about $.45-$.50). But luckily there are also enough buyers interested in getting in (or adding) at about these same levels as well. Hence, little overall price movement.

Imho, patience will be rewarded here when news of the first acquisition is announced.
