pps was over 2 dollars a share over months before shorts robbed it which you call a nuclear , absolutely agree with you. If it was pumped over 2 dollars for months without any financial or fundamentals it will go again there once the dark forces leave the post nuclear ground.

Shorts have to cover.
CEO holds massive 20m shares .
Float is low.

If you are a shareholder its a waiting game, this has to come back. Looking at the graph and volume I would say max 4 weeks .

Game will change here , shareholders will be rewarded at shorty cost.
