well folks with what just happened and you see who the beneficiaries are in this company . we the shareholders have just been given a new tube of k-y jelly by randall. our .06 stock is now diluted to .02. lets see how the " market" reacts to this???? there is no market and this is a systemic theft of all our monies . just look at his and some of his board members when they got hit with fraud charges in New york ,about a year ago.
look at patrick and cheryl why do they get a return on borrowed money noone else gets????? I hope the california oversight committe hurries up and does their job. with a cease and refrain order against him and one of his companies ,I dont see how he is able to get away with this!!!!
