If you multiply the eps by the p/e of 1. You'll see the stock price is currently correct at .12
However IF CCTC gains -even- a shred of viability (in the marketplace), expect a multiple on that p/e number.
And if it's Government related?? Who knows..

Maybe I'll finally be able to take a cruise :)
